অর্ডার বাতিল প্রক্রিয়াঃ 

• অর্ডারের স্ট্যাটাস চেঞ্জ না হওয়া পর্যন্ত আপনি যেকোনো সময় সরাসরি আপনার অর্ডার প্যানেল থেকে অর্ডার বাতিল করতে পারবেন।

• আপনি আপনার অর্ডার দেওয়ার 24 ঘন্টার মধ্যে আমাদের কল করে অথবা আমাদেরকে Whatsapp, Facebook বা ওয়েবসাইট চ্যাট এ রিকোয়েস্ট করে আপনার অর্ডার বাতিল করতে পারেন।

• আপনার অর্ডার বাতিল করার পরে 7 কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে আপনার পরিশোধিত সম্পূর্ণ অর্থ ফেরত পাবেন।

• অর্ডারটি যদি ইতিমধ্যেই পাঠানো হয়ে থাকলে আপনাকে ডেলিভারি ফি চার্জ করা হবে।

• যদি পণ্যটি ইতিমধ্যেই আপনার কাছে পৌঁছে দেওয়া হয় তবে বাতিল করার যোগ্য নয়৷ তাহলে আপনাকে রিটার্ন পলিসি অনুসরণ করতে হবে।

 

Order Cancellation Process:

• You may cancel your order anytime untill the order status is changed direct from your Order pannel 
• You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing your order by calling us or knocking us anywhere like, Whatsapp, facebook Or website chat option. 
• Upon canceling your order you will receive a full refund to your method of payment within 7 business days. 
• You will be charged the delivery fee  If the order is already shipped
